1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the Terhubung App (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Terhubung Lebih Lagi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a service. Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for its services at any time and for any reason. We assure you that any charges for the Application or its features will be clearly communicated to you prior to any billing.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide truthful identity and demographic information (e.g., KTP name, address) when applying for church membership.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including Web Login QR codes and WhatsApp OTPs. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which could expose it to malware and prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
  • Respectful Conduct: You agree to interact respectfully on community features like the Prayer Wall. Abusive content will be removed.

3. Church Administration & Governance

  • Membership Control: Church administrators retain the sole right to approve, reject, or revoke your membership and ministry roles within their congregation.
  • Platform Role: Terhubung acts strictly as a technology provider and does not interfere with the internal governance, theology, or decisions of individual churches.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, translating it, or creating derivative versions is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

5. Third-Party Services & Connectivity

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

The Application requires an active internet connection to function at full capacity. The Service Provider is not responsible if the app fails due to lack of Wi-Fi or data allowance. You accept responsibility for any mobile provider data charges incurred while using the Application.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the app is updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide information. Terhubung is provided "as is" without warranties. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from external service interruptions (e.g., OTP delays), device battery failure, or disputes between users and church administrators.

7. Updates and Account Termination

We may update the Application or terminate its use at any time without notice. You agree to always accept updates when offered. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform security.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

1. Pendahuluan

Syarat dan ketentuan ini berlaku untuk Aplikasi Terhubung (selanjutnya disebut "Aplikasi") yang dibuat oleh Terhubung Lebih Lagi (selanjutnya disebut "Penyedia Layanan") sebagai sebuah layanan. Dengan mengunduh atau menggunakan Aplikasi, Anda secara otomatis menyetujui ketentuan ini. Jika Anda tidak setuju, mohon berhenti menggunakan aplikasi.

Penyedia Layanan berkomitmen untuk memastikan Aplikasi bermanfaat dan seefisien mungkin. Oleh karena itu, kami berhak untuk memodifikasi Aplikasi atau mengenakan biaya untuk layanannya kapan saja dan dengan alasan apa pun. Kami memastikan bahwa setiap biaya untuk Aplikasi atau fitur-fiturnya akan dikomunikasikan dengan jelas kepada Anda sebelum adanya penagihan.

2. Tanggung Jawab Pengguna

  • Informasi Akurat: Anda wajib memberikan identitas asli (contoh: nama KTP) saat mengajukan keanggotaan gereja.
  • Keamanan Akun: Anda bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan akun, termasuk QR Web Login dan WhatsApp OTP. Kami sangat menyarankan agar Anda tidak melakukan jailbreak atau root pada ponsel Anda karena dapat mengekspos ponsel terhadap malware dan menyebabkan Aplikasi tidak berfungsi dengan benar.
  • Perilaku yang Baik: Anda setuju untuk berinteraksi dengan sopan. Konten kasar atau tidak pantas akan dihapus.

3. Administrasi & Tata Kelola Gereja

  • Kontrol Keanggotaan: Administrator gereja memiliki hak penuh untuk menyetujui, menolak, atau mencabut keanggotaan Anda di dalam jemaat mereka.
  • Peran Platform: Terhubung hanya bertindak sebagai penyedia teknologi dan tidak ikut campur dalam tata kelola internal gereja masing-masing.

4. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

Dilarang keras menyalin, merekayasa balik, atau memodifikasi Aplikasi. Semua merek dagang, hak cipta, dan hak kekayaan intelektual terkait Aplikasi tetap menjadi milik Penyedia Layanan.

5. Layanan Pihak Ketiga & Konektivitas

Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan layanan pihak ketiga yang memiliki Syarat dan Ketentuannya sendiri:

Aplikasi memerlukan koneksi internet aktif. Penyedia Layanan tidak bertanggung jawab jika Aplikasi tidak berfungsi penuh karena ketiadaan kuota data. Anda bertanggung jawab atas semua biaya data dari penyedia jaringan seluler Anda.

6. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Meskipun kami berusaha memastikan aplikasi akurat, Terhubung disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa jaminan. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung atau tidak langsung akibat gangguan layanan eksternal (seperti keterlambatan OTP), baterai perangkat habis, atau perselisihan antara pengguna dan admin gereja.

7. Pembaruan dan Penghentian Akun

Kami dapat memperbarui atau menghentikan Aplikasi kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan. Anda setuju untuk selalu menerima pembaruan aplikasi. Kami juga berhak menangguhkan akun yang melanggar ketentuan ini atau mencoba meretas keamanan sistem.

8. Perubahan Ketentuan

Kami dapat memperbarui syarat dan ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Penggunaan aplikasi secara terus-menerus berarti Anda menerima perubahan tersebut.
