1. Introduction

Welcome to the Terhubung app (hereby referred to as "Application"), a mobile service created by Terhubung Lebih Lagi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our church management and community app. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

2. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Application, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. This includes:

  • Contact Information: Email and phone number when you sign up using Google, Apple, Supabase, or WhatsApp OTP.
  • Profile Data: Legal name (as per KTP), Date of Birth, gender, photos, and address required by church administrators for membership verification.
  • Community Data: Family connections, ministry roles, duty rosters, and prayer wall posts.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, nor does it use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Access

Authorized admins and staff of your selected church have access to your profile data strictly to manage operations. We do not sell your personal data. We securely share minimal required data with trusted third-party providers who have their own Privacy Policies:

We may disclose information as required by law, to protect our rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

4. Data Retention & Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application or as required by your church. You have the right to request account deletion or submit a "Leave Church" request by contacting us at halo@terhubung.app or using in-app features.

5. Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and aware of this, please contact us.

6. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

1. Pendahuluan

Selamat datang di aplikasi Terhubung (selanjutnya disebut "Aplikasi"), sebuah layanan yang dibuat oleh Terhubung Lebih Lagi (selanjutnya disebut "Penyedia Layanan"). Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana kami mengumpulkan, menggunakan, dan melindungi informasi Anda saat menggunakan aplikasi komunitas gereja kami. Layanan ini disediakan "APA ADANYA".

2. Pengumpulan dan Penggunaan Informasi

Untuk pengalaman yang lebih baik, kami meminta Anda memberikan informasi identitas pribadi tertentu. Ini termasuk:

  • Informasi Kontak: Email dan nomor telepon saat Anda mendaftar melalui Google, Apple, Supabase, atau WhatsApp OTP.
  • Data Profil: Nama (sesuai KTP), tanggal lahir, jenis kelamin, foto, dan alamat domisili yang diperlukan admin gereja untuk verifikasi keanggotaan.
  • Data Komunitas: Hubungan keluarga, peran pelayanan, jadwal tugas, dan permohonan doa.

Aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan informasi lokasi presisi perangkat Anda, dan tidak menggunakan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) untuk memproses data.

3. Akses Pihak Ketiga & Berbagi Data

Admin dan staf gereja yang berwenang memiliki akses ke profil Anda untuk operasional. Kami tidak menjual data Anda. Kami membagikan data minimal dengan penyedia pihak ketiga terpercaya yang memiliki Kebijakan Privasinya sendiri:

Kami dapat mengungkapkan informasi jika diwajibkan oleh hukum, untuk melindungi hak atau keselamatan kami, menyelidiki penipuan, atau menanggapi permintaan pemerintah.

4. Penyimpanan Data & Hak Anda

Anda dapat menghentikan pengumpulan informasi dengan mencopot pemasangan (uninstall) Aplikasi. Kami menyimpan data selama Anda menggunakan Aplikasi atau selama gereja membutuhkannya. Anda berhak mengajukan permohonan "Pindah Gereja" atau meminta penghapusan akun sepenuhnya melalui aplikasi atau dengan menghubungi halo@terhubung.app.

5. Anak-anak

Aplikasi tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun. Kami tidak secara sadar mengumpulkan data pribadi dari anak di bawah 13 tahun tanpa izin orang tua. Jika kami menemukan hal tersebut, kami akan segera menghapus data dari server kami. Jika Anda adalah orang tua dan mengetahui hal ini, harap hubungi kami.

6. Keamanan

Kami peduli dalam menjaga kerahasiaan informasi Anda dengan menyediakan perlindungan fisik, elektronik, dan prosedural yang sesuai standar industri.

7. Perubahan Kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Penggunaan aplikasi yang berkelanjutan menandakan penerimaan Anda atas semua perubahan tersebut.
